ADT purchased the original installation company, but when the Powerwall failed under warranty, they claimed they were not responsible for installation. Tesla helped me find Go Solar Power as a certified installer. I worked with Paul Gallivan throughout the process, and he provided great customer service. He was in constant contact we me & with Tesla to obtain the Powerwall & schedule the installation. I was so pleased with Go Solar Power that I reached out to Enphase to transfer my on-going service to their Piece of Mind program. I was also very pleased with Steve Morgan who came out to make the installation. Very professional & pleasant to work with.
